About the event
Breathwork has become increasingly popular in recent years. Many people are now a bit more aware of the breath - even if they’re not quite sure how to consciously use it.
What’s often forgotten is that breathing practices are not new. Long before modern wellness trends, ancient yogis were exploring the breath as a way to bring balance, clarity, and calm into daily life. These practices weren’t about dramatic experiences or altered states - they were about learning how to live well.
This half-day workshop is a gentle, grounded introduction to those time-tested ancient practices (called pranayama).
You’ll be guided through simple yogic breathing techniques that support inner calm, steady the mind, and restore a sense of inner rhythm. We’ll explore not just what to practice, but how and why - so the breath becomes a practical tool you can return to in everyday life.
This is not a one-off experience. It’s about…
