Evening Beginners 6-Week Yoga Course Unwind at the end of your day with this 6-week yoga course designed for beginners and those looking to return to the foundations. Each class offers a balance of mindful movement, breath awareness, and deep relaxation - helping you to reset both body and mind. We’ll explore: Gentle, functional postures to build strength, stability, and flexibility. Breathwork to release tension, improve focus, and support resilience. Guided relaxations that bring calm, rest, and mental clarity. Evening classes are ideal if you want to: Relieve stress after work. Improve posture, core strength, and mobility. Discover simple tools to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. ✨ Suitable for all ages and every body - in a welcoming environment whether you’re completely new to yoga or reconnecting with your practice.

If you have booked a class and are unable to attend, you can transfer to another class of the same or lower value up to 24hrs before the class. Please log in to your account on the website, visit 'My Bookings' and click the drop down next to the booking to view Reschedule or Cancellation options.
