Service Description
Come Home to Calm is a gentle 5-week course designed to help you unwind, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with steadiness from within. Over the 5 weeks you will be offered time and space to slow down, soften, and gradually start to restore a calmer baseline - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Each session weaves together calming breath practices, slow mindful movement, simple relaxation techniques, and deep guided rest through Yoga Nidra (a form of non-sleep deep rest). Modern research consistently shows that yoga, breath-based practices and guided relaxations can help reduce stress and support emotional wellbeing - and this course is designed to help you experience that for yourself, in a safe and supportive setting. You are welcome exactly as you are. No previous yoga experience is needed. In each session you can expect: • Everything to be taught in an accessible way, with plenty of choice and permission to go gently. • Gentle, accessible movement to reduce physical tension • Simple breath practices to support calm and emotional balance • Guided relaxations and Yoga Nidra • A calm, unhurried pace • A small, friendly and supportive group environment • Easy practices you can take into daily life You will be gently encouraged to explore short, manageable practices between classes, as it is the regular repetition of simple techniques that can create meaningful change over time.

If you have booked a class and are unable to attend, you can transfer to another class of the same or lower value up to 24hrs before the class.
