A gentle therapeutic yoga series supporting calm in the mind, steadiness in the body, and emotional balance. Life can quietly pull us away from ourselves. You might notice your mind overthinking, your body feeling tense, wired, or exhausted - even when life on the surface seems ‘fine’. Many of us live with a constant sense of busyness, tension, or inner restlessness. This gentle 5‑week yoga series offers time and space to slow down, soften, and gradually restore a sense of steadiness from within. Each session weaves together gentle movement, simple breath practices, guided relaxation and deep guided rest. The focus is not on stretching, fitness, or performance, but on helping the body and nervous system feel safe enough to settle - and on learning simple techniques to calm the mind and support emotional balance. This course may be supportive if you are experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, poor sleep, or a sense of feeling ‘wired’, tense, or depleted. You are welcome exactly as you are. No previous yoga experience is needed. What to Expect • Gentle, accessible movement suitable for all bodies, helping to reduce physical tension • Nervous‑system‑supportive breath practices • Guided relaxation and Yoga Nidra • A calm, unhurried pace • A small, supportive group environment • Simple, easy practices you can take into daily life You will be gently encouraged to explore short, manageable practices between classes to support continuity and integration. This is not a medical intervention, but a supportive space to practise gentle, effective ways of reconnecting with inner calm. If you have a diagnosed mental health condition or are currently under medical care, please continue to follow the advice of your healthcare professional.

If you have booked a class and are unable to attend, you can transfer to another class of the same or lower value up to 24hrs before the class.
