Service Description
Gentle and welcoming classes designed to help you move, breathe and reconnect. Drawing primarily from Classical Hatha Yoga, with gentle elements of Qi Gong where appropriate, classes may include mindful movement, breathwork, relaxation, deep rest practices such as Yoga Nidra, and the gentle sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls. The focus is not on achieving perfect postures, but on listening to the body and practicing in a way that feels supportive and sustainable for you. Options are always offered, making classes suitable for both beginners and experienced students alike. Practices are guided gently, with awareness of the breath helping to support movement and connection. No need to be flexible. No pressure to keep up. Simply come as you are.

If you have booked a class and are unable to attend, you can transfer to another class of the same or lower value up to 24hrs before the class. Please log in to your account on the website, visit 'My Bookings' and click the drop down next to the booking to view Reschedule or Cancellation options. If you haven't created an account, or can't find your booking, please contact Tina at: breathe@bythesea.yoga to arrange cancellation or rescheduling your booking. Cancellations or rescheduled sessions must be done more than 24 hours in advance.
