Service Description
Start your day with a practice designed to support both body and mind. This 6-week course is tailored for beginners and for anyone wanting to build healthy habits for long-term wellbeing. We’ll explore functional and gentle movement with a special focus on core strength, back care, hip and knee health, and joint mobility — important foundations for healthy ageing and everyday life. Each class is paced to meet you where you are, offering a supportive environment to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Just as the body needs movement, the mind needs stillness. Alongside postures, you’ll be introduced to: Breathwork: simple practices to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and keep the lungs strong and healthy. Relaxation & Conscious Rest: guided practices to restore energy and promote clarity. ✨ This course is for everyone — men and women alike. Many men are surprised to find how much yoga supports not just flexibility, but also strength, focus, and resilience. No previous experience is needed, and classes are suitable for all ages and every body. Please note: there are 8 steps up to the studio (with a handrail). Take this step into yoga and discover how small, mindful practices can bring lasting strength, ease, and peace.

If you have booked a class and are unable to attend, you can transfer to another class of the same or lower value up to 24hrs before the class. Please log in to your account on the website, visit 'My Bookings' and click the drop down next to the booking to view Reschedule or Cancellation options. Cancellations or rescheduled sessions must be done more than 24 hours in advance.
