Service Description
Chair Yoga for Strength, Mobility & Confidence A friendly, supportive class designed especially those with more limited mobility who want to stay active, maintain independence, and feel better in their bodies - no floor work and no previous experience needed. Each session includes: • Relaxing breathwork to calm the nervous system and improve lung capacity • Mindful movement to gently build strength, balance and joint mobility while reducing pain and stiffness • Guided relaxation to ease stress, improve sleep and support emotional wellbeing Chair yoga is ideal for those with limited mobility, arthritis, fatigue, or recovering from surgeries or cancer treatments - everything is adapted to meet you where you are. You’ll leave feeling looser, lighter, stronger, and more connected - with a smile and more confidence in what your body can do.

Cancellation Policy
Please see the Class Information for information on cancelling and rescheduling. If you have booked a class and are unable to attend, you can transfer to another class of the same or lower value up to 24hrs before the class. Please log in to your account on the website, visit 'My Bookings' and click the drop down next to the booking to view Reschedule or Cancellation options. If you haven't created an account, or can't find your booking, please contact Tina at: breathe@bythesea.yoga to arrange cancellation or rescheduling your booking. Cancellations or rescheduled sessions must be done more than 24 hours in advance.
